Professional Cleaning and Weatherproofing for Equine Items

Our professional cleaning service begins with pre-soaking your blankets in a horse-safe stain remover, followed by thorough rinsing, pre-washing (including trim, Velcro, and straps), and then washing in our industrial washer using Nikwax Rug Wash. After washing, we perform three final rinses to ensure all soap residue is completely removed, restoring the bright color and freshness of your blankets.

Stain Removal
While we will do our best to remove stains during our cleaning process, blankets that are heavily stained or have not been washed in an extended period may not be fully restored. We will make every effort to address stains; however, please note that certain stubborn marks may not be removable. Additionally, we do not use harsh chemicals for stain removal. Instead, we use gentle vinegar soaks, which are safe for your horse’s skin but may not be as effective on some tough stains.

Weatherproofing Services
Our Nikwax Rug Proofer service restores the waterproofing of your blankets, ensuring they remain protected from the elements.

Non-Chemical Washing for Regular Horse Laundry
For your everyday horse items, such as saddle pads, girths, fly masks, and more, we use a non-chemical, hypoallergenic detergent that is safe and effective. Please note that we do not use chemicals for stain removal, as they can be harmful to a horse's skin when wearing the blanket.

Pre-Service Inspection and Damages
Each item is thoroughly inspected for damages before any services are performed. If any damages are found, they will be photographed, documented, and communicated via email to you prior to beginning services. Please be aware that severely damaged items may be returned to you and refunded if they cannot be safely cleaned. In cases of damage, items will be placed in laundry bags to prevent further damage and preserve the quality of your blankets.

Repairs
At this time, we do not offer repair services, though this may be available in the future. (COMING SOON)

Wool Items
We do not offer washing services for wool items at this time.

Storage and Pickup Policies
Any items not picked up within 30 days of the designated pickup date will incur a storage fee. Items will be held for up to one year, after which, if not claimed, they may be sold at a discount.

Delivery Charges
A delivery charge of $25 will apply for barn pickups. Please ensure this charge is included when submitting your form. However, for pickups involving more than 30 blankets, the delivery charge will be waived.
